Who Uses It?

VoIP has been adopted by businesses as well as residential homes as a main source of communication. . It is easy to install and use thus the change does not need adjustments or special training to learn to use it.
So many businesses have switched to VoIP that you are bound to have spoken to someone who is using it but, you did not notice any difference because the voice quality is as good as that of the traditional phone.
Disadvantages
The main disadvantage of using internet as your phone is when the internet fails so does your phone system, which is very inconvenient especially if you are a business speaking to a customer. However, the good part is the internet never fails for days at end and there are always the cell phones which many people care in case of emergency.
Broadband VoIP is the technology that will revolutionize the phone system by making it faster and better, not to mention a pleasure to use as you can chat over the phones and not worry about the costs of hidden fees anymore and the inevitable anger that results in realizing that your call to China cost three thousand dollars.
